These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jeevho.com and the online homoeopathy consultation Services provided by Jeevho (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Jeevho provides online homoeopathy consultations: you submit your health details, and a homoeopathy practitioner reviews your case and provides guidance through online channels (video, phone, or chat). The Services are informational and supportive in nature.
Not for emergencies. Our Services are not a substitute for in-person medical care and are not suitable for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. Consultations for minors must be arranged and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Homoeopathy outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific result, cure, or timeline. Any guidance provided is based on the information you share and on professional judgement.
Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Your consultation is confirmed once payment is received and your intake is reviewed. Current fees: Acute Consultation ₹499, Chronic Consultation ₹999, Follow-Up Consultation ₹399 (subject to change).
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please note that fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been delivered.
All content on jeevho.com — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Jeevho and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeevho and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant consultation.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
