Jeevho provides online homoeopathy consultation services. We do not currently sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how our services are delivered.

1. Service delivery

• Consultations are delivered entirely online via video call, phone, or chat, as agreed at the time of booking.
• After successful payment and submission of your intake form, our team reviews your case and schedules your consultation.
• Your consultation is typically scheduled within [REVIEW: 24–48 hours] of payment and case review. Confirmation and joining details are sent to your registered email and/or phone.

2. No physical shipment

As our Services are digital, there is no physical shipping, delivery charge, or courier involved. Any medicines, if recommended, are to be obtained by you separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Delays

If there is any delay in scheduling your consultation, we will inform you by email or phone and arrange the earliest available slot.
