Jeevho is an online homoeopathy consultation platform. We do not sell, stock, manufacture or ship medicines ourselves. This policy explains how our consultations and any medicines are delivered.

1. Online consultations

Consultations are delivered entirely online via video call, phone, or chat. After successful payment and submission of your intake form, our team reviews your case and schedules your consultation, typically within [REVIEW: 24-48 hours]. Joining details are sent to your registered email and/or phone.

2. Medicines

• For treatment plans (such as the 1-Month and 6-Month plans), the cost of prescribed medicines is included in the plan price.
• Medicines are prescribed and dispatched directly to you by your consulting homoeopathic doctor (or the doctor’s clinic), not by Jeevho. Jeevho facilitates the consultation and coordinates your care, but does not dispense, sell or ship medicines itself.
• For Acute / Quick consultations, medicines are not included and are to be purchased separately by you, based on the doctor’s e-prescription.
• Where medicines are dispatched, your doctor or their clinic will share dispatch and delivery details. Typical delivery is within [REVIEW: 3-7] business days depending on your location.

3. Delays

If there is any delay in your consultation or in medicine dispatch, we or your doctor will inform you by email or phone and arrange the earliest possible alternative.
