This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for consultations booked through jeevho.com.
No refunds for delivered services. Once a consultation has been delivered — that is, the practitioner has reviewed your case and/or the consultation session has taken place — the fee is non-refundable.
If we are unable to provide a booked consultation (for example, due to practitioner unavailability), we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay) within [REVIEW: 5–7] business days. The time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
